The special assessment for all the unit owners was $1,500 in 2007.
Thanks to our Board and Management Company that kept expenses low we were able to cut the special assessment in 2008 to $1,000. the special assessment includes premium for the Insurance and money for landscaping upgrades that will improve the look of our community.
